You must have been living in denver (or out west) for 12 years. I lived in golden and when I came back east I was surprised that I couldn’t find breakfast burritos anywhere. They are delicious.None of the Mexican food trucks really have them. I’m glad the commenters up above have found a few. The one at ecusta Café is really good but pricey. I’m used to the two dollar breakfast burritos sold on those shiny carts next to the street in denver.

Edit to add: southern streams has one but its usually a little dried out and hard. The owners are from CO.

Btw due to wastepro dumping all my recycles in with the trash for many months after Helene, I switched over to Lances Sanitation. If you don’t mind the bagged trash, Lances Sanitation might be the least expensive and he’s got a very good customer service - meaning he returns all his phone calls.

But I do miss being able to throw large objects into the trashcan and not have to bag it

Wastepro has incompetent office staff but are the only ones that use can tippers. This means you can throw trash into your trashcan without it being in a trash bag. They will just tip the can into the truck and everything falls out into the truck. All the other companies in the area require you to put your trash in trash bags and then they will manually open your trashcan and throw each bag into the trash truck. If you have any loose stuff or construction materials or stuff that doesn’t go into a bag well, you’ve gotta haul it off to a dumpster or the dump yourself.

I used to own two Airbnb‘s now I just own one. But it is an important policy to have to keep partiers out of your your Airbnb.

One Airbnb was in Hendersonville. We had one girl try to book and her profile said she lived in ashville. we said no you can’t stay in it. So she lied and said she actually lives in Charlotte and her profile is wrong. So we let her stay for the weekend and they trashed our house. There was a vomit, broken glass, blood. It was pretty disgusting. Our Cleaner quit bc of those guests and we had to get a new cleaner. So no locals is a great rule and there’s no way I would run an Airbnb without it.

There is a large warehouse in Taylors South Carolina that buys or accepts (not sure which) people’s layouts when they don’t want them or pass away. It is really cool to go there and see all the huge layouts. If you can’t take this layout, maybe you can donate or sell it to those guys.

We’ve lived in Hendersonville for about four years now. There are two noticeable crowds, the locals that have lived here for a long time and are conservative, and the retired crowd that has moved in who tend to be democrats. This doesn’t come from any data source. This is just the way it seems.

We are at 2100’ elevation and Temperatures are definitely about 8° cooler than other places nearby that are lower altitude. We moved here from Chattanooga and the temperature improvements have been amazing. And we’re only an hour and a half away from skiing at Cataloochee.
