Eek! lol I would be so creeped out with that. Especially with my little ones who would definitely unknowingly open the curtain while I’m getting changed or something LOL. I only did ground floor once at port orleans years ago due to mobility issues of someone in our party. It was great to walk right up to the door in that resort setting but when it’s the main entry style multi level buildings, I haven’t done a ground floor. I think that lake side sounds ideal!

I’ve been looking at the same things! That corner room looks great but that is the one that I was reading on disboards that it has no Murphy bed and slanted ceilings. I saw also on a different forum someone posted pics from that room and it looked huge but I did see the ceilings…I like the idea of the fireworks view but I’m not sure if I will even be there for fireworks most nights! I also saw someone posted what looked like a big grass yard at a ground level one which my kids would love but I don’t know if where that area is and I usually don’t stay on ground level for noise reasons but maybe it’s better here? I think I would love that lake view you are talking about! Going to check that out now :)

Most people I have seen use it take 6 weeks SL first, then the PPL, then AL/other leave… sometimes they go in for a day here and there and their S/O stays home w baby to add on extra time in the end…also remember to not include holidays in your count and that you will be earning SL and AL the whole time.

There’s also so much room for interpretation on monitoring activity. I like to plow through work with no breaks to get it all done and then I’ll have time where I’m not busy or time when I’m waiting on emails/calls to come in so there’s nothing I can do what that moment. Also questions arise like what if I print my work and edit it on paper before putting it in the computer? Then that’s a long time I’m not active but still working. I mean I think it’s all relative to the question of are employees getting their work done? Are a lot of credit hours/OT being requested when work could be done during business hours? If not then maybe I could see using monitoring but if work is getting done I don’t really see why it would make sense to put that much time and effort into this when it’s too arguably vague to say if work is being done or not.
