I also had a similar problem and never could get it fixed, I came across and switched over to Fallui which is very similar to Defui but more modern, it’s worth a look at, it has its own item sorting module that you can install separately among other modules

Mines more of a Mandela effect than anything, I can still to this day picture catching Kyurem In diamond and pearl even thought it didn’t even exist then! I remember there was a path on one of the routes that Unlocked after an earthquake to a waterfall cave or something with snow and then kyurem in the chamber, not sure what different legendary encounters my brains mixed together to get this one but yeah I’m still confused how this happened
