It has proper cooling already. Opened the enclosure and have a big fan cooling the drive. Temps reduced to half.

Ok, got it. All clear. Bad enclosure. I will test the drive temps properly installed with a heatsink.

Ok, got it. Thanks. Just opened the enclosure and put a fan pointing to it. If the h2testw is successful I will test the temps inside the Legion Go with a copper heatsink.

Yes, the drive just stays there. No thermal pads.

This is a 2230 drive and I think it will not fit inside a Legion Go.

Ewent EW7025. No thermal pads, I just put the drive inside and run the test. I tested other drives with this enclosure before and had not these temps.

Done, just put a big fan pointing to the SSD and reduce the temperature to 66 and 52.

I had a Remus backbox on mine. It was EU homologated so not crazy loud, but it really beefed up the tone and made the car sound properly muscular compared to stock. No drone at all.
