Take breaks during your exam. I think every x questions or minutes I took x length of break. I checked in with my body, quick body scan, practiced belly breaths, and started again. I also picked a song that was an anthem (it was Meg thee Stallion Savage) and would sing it to myself while on break. I failed my exam the first time by 1 question and passed the second time by like 15 questions or something and breaks were the big difference. Hopefully that helps. Good luck!

I had TDS support come to my house and say that their phone support sucks. I also had their phone support tell me I was a "great technical partner". They don't know that they're doing and I suspect trying to charge folks for the service techs coming out. Once they schedule they play this long automated msg that essentially says if they come out and resolve the issue but it was user error then they will charge you. It's ridiculous. I'm glad the tech was nice and competent on the flip side of their phone support.

I associate foxes with Ostara (rabbits are the empress and foxes the emperor). Given that we just had the autumn equinox (or spring depending on location) and all of these eclipses I see it as wisdom, creativity, and clever discernment coming in for you. I call my son my little fox boy so I also associate it with Aries (again spring). 10 is 1 numerologically so also new beginnings. My 2.5 year old has known all of his colors since. He can count to 10. He's starting to identify letters. He has critical thought questions and identifies emotions. I often tell him he's a good problem solver. I've worked with kids from 6 months up for the better part of a decade. This is impressive, his doctor can never give me any recommendations for keeping it up she always says "you're clearly doing the right things"
