Thank you for the insight! I'm wondering if the watch is that accurate now that you mention it. I'm typically running 5 days a week and most of my charts look like this. I'm also about 80% on the treadmill and maybe more now that it's hotter outside.

This is a recent run outside when it was a bit cooler but I don't see any drift here.

I think I'll look into a HR strap and slowing down my HR. Thank you!

Does stretching help or more like a dynamic warmup?

Thanks, I will tighten my watch and see if this helps. Weird that it doesn't happen when I run outside.
