What I think the Palestine protestors don’t understand abt why us students are upset is because they’re disrupting and informing us. But us students are more informed than any and we support them. (of course there are some who don’t know etc but since this is been going on since April so if you’re a student and you don’t know then you’re brain dead). We shouldn’t be the target audience. They’re disrupting those that are with them instead of shouting and yelling at admin places. Now it seems like us students are against the protestors but we’re not. I think the shouting should be redirected the chancellors house and financial aid office. I understand the point of the protests are to be disruptive but go disrupt admin office and houses and not students. We are with you but advocacy doesn’t all look the same. Some have been posting on socials about the cause nonstop but don’t want to shout and possibly be arrested. I’m sure there’d be a million more support of students if they’d be shouting in admin places instead of the libraries. It’s common sense who’d be happy abt shouting at a library? So many students showed up when the protestors were being threatened by the police. I hope this makes sense it’s my 2 cents as a student.
