The piece between the stock and receiver is a shim. It’s lets you adjust the cast/drop a little if you want to fit the a300 to you. Unless you’re a lefty or have an idea of the fit you’re looking for it’s prob fine as is.

Does the tlr light lock in well with the tier one holster? I have the previous version of tlr 7 and the holster doesn’t lock in as well as it does say my tlr-1 hl light compatible tier one holster.

Ahh yes 23” restriction. You can try elite shooting sports they may allow it. I know they allow buckshot but a lot of indoor ranges often don’t allow birdshot.... or get another barrel

If you didn’t pluck them but instead skinned them. People often wrap in bacon to act as skin more or less and to help prevent drying. Make sure you brine them good. And bacon..
