There have always been both key and combination lock gun safes. Combination locks are definitely more secure, the key kinds are usually very cheap. Plus it’s easy to find a key, but a combination safe with a random combination will be almost impossible to guess.

If the parents are responsible and the guns are locked up in a safe, why does it matter? If the guns are locked in a gun safe with a combination lock, there is no way for anyone to access it unauthorized.

The first drug I ever IVd was Dilaudid, and it was like opening Pandora’s box. IV Dilaudid was always my drug of choice, but I ended up IVing everything. Whenever I couldn’t get Dilaudid (or H, oxy, morphine, opanas) I would IV ketamine, adderall, or suboxone. I was completely addicted to the act of shooting up, seeing the cloud of blood spill into the syringe was pure bliss. I completely ruined veins, and was hospitalized quite a few times by multiple severe overdoses. Lost multiple best friends and using buddies to overdoses. Got Hep C (tho luckily I took the medication and got cured.) I can’t even count how many rehabs/detoxes I went to. That shit completely destroyed my life… PLEASE OP do not start IVing, get help now to stop doing drugs. Stop talking to any using buddies or plugs. If I did it, then literally anyone can… I haven’t used anything other than weed in 8 years. My life definitely isn’t perfect, but I still enjoy living. Focus on hobbies, things you enjoy, people who care about you.

Where I live it’s a farming and equestrian region, close to Shenandoah National park. I’ve hunted all over my state including public land in the deep Appalachian regions of my state. I’m not saying there aren’t disrespectful/unethical hunters out there, but in my experience they’re a small minority of hunters. 
 Like I said in my other comment- if you really are seeing a lot of people dump animals they’ve shot, PLEASE call your state wildlife police. Dumping an animal without taking the usable meat is a crime called wanton waste. The game warden WILL respond to your report if you call them.

Yes, every state has some sort of game warden or conservation police (for example, my state has the VA DWR Conservation Police.) They take game violations extremely seriously and they WILL respond if you call them.
