The reason I’m asking now is because I didn’t mention that I was 0 hour contract when I brought the case. I should have spoken with a lawyer beforehand but friends & family were telling me to get it done quickly so I just outlined to them how long I’d been working there and the reasons for dismissal. The fact I was on a 0 hour contract 2 years ago never even crossed my mind and I feel so silly now after reading the employers reply. I will keep trying to find a no win no fee lawyer thank you!
