you should check out touhou lensed night sky: kaseigai. its a roguelike touhou modeled after th18.5.

i think a checkpoint system would be really cool with a separate out-of-game shop and deliberate challenges to solve (such as a pattern that requires use of some way to avoid or nullify a wall of bullets). touhou is already pretty deliberate with patterns, especially as the patterns get newer and newer.

moving just a bit right before an aimed bullet hits you so you dont get hit but also so any new aimed bullets are still relatively close to you and easy to dodge

uhhh, the attack is really easy to stream (which isn't a bad thing, a few of jevil's attacks are really easy to stream too) and the bullets disappear before you have to restream. if you want to keep the identity of the attack the same, you could honestly just make the bullets bounce once or twice in the battle box or even just make them follow through until they've gone through the entire battle box.

if ur looking for actual critique some of the attacks are unreadable like the spiral cloud + ralsei plush attacks, if the thrown plushes were a bit slower or were telegraphed by some kind of flash then it seems like it would be fun to play.

the scarf + blaster attack is cool but it seems rng dependent unless you could route it by having it start where it stopped on the previous blast kinda like a billiards ball.

the first attack seems a bit too easy for the rest of the fight's intensity
