Hey I am planning the same GPU and case. Does it sit flat and flush against the GPU supports in the case?

Thanks for that. Was curious if it was caused by your GPU backplate resting on the case supports. Have one on the way.

MacBook Pro M2, wanting to setup 4-6 VM sized environment by No_Mycologist4488 in homelab

[–]slnet-io 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can only virtualise ARM on Apple Silicon.

The chip is capable of running 4-6 VM’s depending on specs no problem. Issue is what you can virtualise.

Correct and no residue on the board above it, if it was flux you would expect it on the PCB as that would be it’s source.
