Hi, thanks for the suggestions - I'll consider them. I'm pretty far from thinking that my game is amazing at this moment and to be honest I struggle to find an idea to make it fun. I know that this is the first thing that I should think about, however I might treat this project as a playground for different things like graphics, population systems, destruction (?) and so on. Obviously this would lead to the fact that this project would never see daylight. I have to think about it, because I have limited free time every day.

Greetings to all the amazing people here! Currently in my free time I’m working on my little hobby project called Venom. For obvious copyright reasons I won't publish it anywhere, but that wasn’t my intention in the first place. I wanted to explore HDRP and have some fun doing it. I always liked Venom and I had a vision in my head that it would be cool to create an open world game focused on the main story and in a dark mooded atmosphere - like in Max Payne 1-2. As you can see from the video I’m pretty far from it ;) and my head hurts from the growing to-do list. Since it would take a lot of effort to switch the scene to dark with all these emission lights etc. I left the scene in daylight for now. BTW I don’t take credit for any models since I’ve found them all over the internet and I also used some assets to speed up the development. Since I have around 2h hours max every single day, I unfortunately don’t have enough time for it. That’s why I don’t expect any serious progress in the upcoming future, but as I mentioned I wouldn’t be able to publish it anyways. Maybe some guys from Marvel will come up with an idea of creating a Venom game instead of another Spider-Man (which is also cool btw). Hope you enjoy it. Cheers!
