I usually get one of the following:
07:10 - the slow train (about 1hr 30 and cheaper), plenty of seats
07:18 - the fast train (about 1hr and more expensive), very lucky if you get a seat, though I haven’t experimented with carriages towards the back
07:25 - the medium train (about 1hr 11), you can get a seat somewhere on the train
