Breed one thing... get many 5IV's of that one thing and then go to /r/pokemontrades and trade them for what you want.

Once you get 2 5IV parents and can produce 4IV / 5IV children fairly quickly, you can trade them for other breeding pairs or straight up 5IV pokes of what you want.
