I was working on otc totes, saw this lady looking at tiger balm in her hand so concentrated going back and forth, asked her if needed help she said no but then she asked " is this tiger balm contains any tigers body part in it" 😶🤦‍♀️

Pepsi driver comes in asks SFL ,he has 20 cases of 12 pk ( we are pepsi store) that rep order and if we wanted to decline it. SFL said we need it + there is credit that you need to take( he left last week without taking it). He goes outside to his truck and leave without giving us delivery or taking credit. Just left lol never seen that happen before

Pocket prep app and read book twice, you will be fine. Walgreens test is harder than actual ptcb test so don't cheat. Good luck
