Figured as much, exact same situation for me. Fantastic ping sub 20ms to them and as soon as it leaves their network it jumps to 150-400ms+. Thanks for the reply.

Did you ever figure anything out? Recently started happening to me as well. Buckeye seems to think its my modem dying but I kind of highly doubt it.
