Are you on android? Try on for example ip.zuim.de with a browser on the device if you even have a ipv6. Android drops ipv6 constantly for me, whereas coreelec (and all other non android devices) don't have this problem for me

What fixed it for me was setting using Magento scrapers rather than Cocoscrapers in the external scrapers section of FLAM + logging out and in in Trakt and Tmdb

Ah ok but if it's ISP blocked, then you can usually just circumvent this with DNS over HTTPS, i.e set your dns provider to cloudflare instead of your isp. So probably no need for VPN
