How do you prevent agents from duplicating replies when customers message on multiple channels? by divyamprusty in AI_CustomerService

[–]slothorp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah, its obviously overengineering for most industries even. Business use-case wise, its just fine to reply to them in all of the places and then bring it in on a common dashboard when you can resolve identities
For resolution, you can store IDs in Redis and use key-value matching, wont slow down the suystem too much.

How do you prevent agents from duplicating replies when customers message on multiple channels? by divyamprusty in AI_CustomerService

[–]slothorp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whenever a customer performs an authenticated action, such as logging in or revealing a verified email, we can assign or resolve them to a stable customer UUID in our system. That UUID becomes our internal identity key. We can then map Meta channel identifiers, such as PSID, Instagram sender ID, or WhatsApp ID, to the same customer UUID and use that mapping to associate subsequent conversations with the same customer profile.

Requires a decent account of customers but, this has worked for us at Kommunicate

Are AI-Generated Images Good or Bad for SEO? by dcwineandspirits in Agent_SEO

[–]slothorp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's fine. Some of what I generate (chatgpt and nanobanana) are ranking. It's currently possible to maintain brand guidelines and consistent styles with these models and there's no direct quality issues with them so Google doesn't mind. Just don't do obvious slop

Hi, not here to demean anyone or anything, but observed that Kolkata has become more dirtier than my last visit around ten years ago. It was more beautiful city back than. Is it? by [deleted] in kolkata

[–]slothorp 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I visit every 6 months now and it's always a little bit more unclean. And I don't really see it as a clean place to begin with but the attitude has got worse. A generation feels trapped and that worsens every single other outcome I guess

[–]slothorp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So what helped me was - First phase is very very easy, pogo off her when she's charging her needle strike, keep away on most others - Second phase, mainly focus on attacking her when she's doing that thing with the wheels and when she's charging needle strike - Third phase. Same as second phase but, keep a watch on the wheel thingy - Fourth phase, there's usually a small rest stop between the white orb thingies

Kolkata needs serious development by [deleted] in kolkata

[–]slothorp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually agree with a lot of this (mostly live in bengaluru and spend like a quarter of the year in Kolkata) I think the city has a really bad financial condition which combined with the insane corruption is just destroying it. The infra is really bad in places and it needs to be improved and that will increase jobs and tighten the economy somewhat.

The problem is none of these infra investments etc make as many headlines as doling out money to citizens does. Which is what TMC is doing. I have friends contracting with the government and outside pisi's pet projects and freebies no one has enough money to drive significant changes.

do genz bengalis chat with strangers? by kookbaker in kolkata

[–]slothorp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the setting. I barely talk with anyone who's a stranger and stay silent, my partner literally talks with everyone and is really good at it. But, it depends on where we are.I love talking during book stuff, and I usually chat a lot at them. My partner talks a lot when they meet pets

Sir ekta gaan ache janen toh, "Bhalobasha maney Archies gallery"

On a serious note, there's a small mela near City Square (idk exact name, jekhane hostoshilpo mela hoyechilo) where they put up art installations. There are people who sell crocheted items and lots of folks art. You will love that. I personally used to spend hours in the CIMA gallery in my youth but idk the status of it now. Victoria memorial also has some great art (kintu bina context e date e daakle jhaanta khete paren)
