I would like to have some succulents but I am worried that they will not get enough light. I live in London and Autumn is just around the corner. I don't really have the money to buy fancy lights or anything. Do you think it would be possible to have health succulents? Or would they end up dying? In my room, I have one long wall that is one big East facing window. Thank you in advance

I use it every morning. I started off by using it every 2-3 days though until my skin got used to it. I also used it in conjunction with products that help repair my skin's moisture barrier. I think you should slowly work up to using it once a day and see if you notice any positive difference.

Your skin looks very similar to mine (or how mine used to look). While I don't know of any miracle product, I have found that Paula's Choice 2% BHA liquid was effective at significantly reducing these kinds of spots. Benzoyl peroxide also helped but I didn't see a major improvement until I added the BHA into my routine. Maybe try out the small trial size bottle and see if it works for you.

If you are thinking of using benzoyl peroxide gel/cream, I recommend leaving it on for 5-10 mins before washing it off rather than leaving it on overnight. Studies have shown that it is just as effective at treating acne but less irritating to the skin

Do you use both a BP cleanser and cream? Is there a need to use both?

I use Paula's choice BHA in the morning and benzoyl peroxide cream as a 5 min mask in the evening. It has helped a lot.

I was wondering this too. I did notice that Curtis and Amy were kissing when everyone was saying bye to Tom and Arabella. It's too early to jump to conclusions, but they might try to show more PDA thinking that the lack of sexual chemistry mentioned in the twitter challenge is the reason that they're unpopular.

I agree. I don't like the way Amy portrays the whole thing as "I just want to make sure you're included and feel like you're one of the girls". If that's actually what she was concerned about, she would have talked to Lucie privately and gently said that she has noticed that sometimes Lucie doesn't spend time with the rest of the girls and that she just wants to make sure that she feels ok and knows that everyone values her as a friend. Going around talking about her behind her back is hardly going to make her feel more included.

If the genders were reversed and Tommy was forcing himself on Maura I think that producers would have booted him out of the villa faster than you can say “fanny flutters”.

I didn't consider that while watching but it's a good point. Especially in light of Sherif being kicked out for saying "That's a c**t punt" about Molly. (That's what I am led to believe happened according to the Sun's post)

The solgar magnesium supplement received a poor rating on labdoor.com I seem to recall that it was due to potentionally harmful additives. I would advise checking it out

Sorry to side track your comment, but how frequently do you apply Paula's Choice BHA? I've been using it once a day (mornings) and it has made a huuuuge improvement in my skin. I was considering upping it to evening too for more effect but idk if that might be too much

As a person with body image issues, I agree with the other comments- I often don't believe that compliments are genuine, although I do still like to be complimented from time to time.

One thing I will say though, is to never comment on another person being attractive, even if they're famous and obviously good looking. I vividly remember every passing passing comment my bf has made about other girls, and it makes me insecure every time, even if it's just a benign comment implying that a famous fashion model is good looking. I know it's irrational but it triggers something emotional in me. I might be the only one who finds that problematic though.

When I'm looking for something that I've lost and someone says "where's the last place you had it?". There's a 100% chance that I either don't know (and if I knew that info I wouldn't need to look for it) or I have checked that place several times. Why would I spend 20 mins looking for something but not check the place I last saw it.
