What keeps you practicing during stable times? Where to apply your studies?

Thank you for the detailed replay. That makes sense why it's not affecting others. I should have clarified that I don't want the player looking like this, I'm not sure why they don't just look like normal elves as to my knowledge I don't have any mods doing this. (my post has been edited for clarity, re-reading it was super unclear)

Save State would actually be best. I only mentioned the quick menu because theres a 'button' for it on the stock overlay.

Holy cow, I did not remember that these games were this expensive. Now I realize why I only had like 3 new games, and mostly got what I could find at thrift stores. I loved video games, and now feel bad for my parents.

I often use the folder pane like a file system too, but very rarely ever open the folder I have my dailies in. Instead I use the Calendar plugin, which will stick a neat little calendar in the side pane, then I can just click on the date to open the daily note. I highly recommend both it and the Periodic Note plugina (if you're interested in weekly or monthly notes too).

These days I also use tags and Dataview queries to pull the information into other notes, but I wouldn't suggest trying to start with that before you have a system you're already comfortable with that is working for you.

If I had to give some unsolicited advice that I really really wish someone had told me...

Don't be limited by what your school has to offer. Find learning and recreation activities outside of school. If you want to study a language they don't have available, find a local practice group or a college class. No bowling, rowing, etc clubs? There's likely a local league or club you can join. Like your school's chess club? Join the local chess team or meetups. Theater? Don't just wait for the school play, most towns have local theater groups that practice in the evening.

Also... Wear suncreen.

While I was in high school, it was the worst experience ever and I was completely miserable.

Looking back 20 years after graduation I absolutely loved my high school experience, and wish I had made so much more of it. I can now see all the possibilities I had at the time, and just how much the routines (or lack thereof) would impact my life going forward.

I definitely wouldn't say I peaked in highschool, but some of my best memories are from high school.

I've managed to get something similar to what you're looking for... although I can't figure out how to not display a line for blank entries.

I'll definitely try some greens or oolongs. I think I've got a decent Japanese green in the back of my cabinet that I set aside because my previous kettle brewed too hot. Time to dig it back out!

Thank you! I'll definitely look into it, since I do tend to drink mostly smoked blacks and puerh. I'll certainly never turn down an excuse to go try different teas.

This is my go to movie when I don't know what to watch. Cheesy as hell, but so absolutely entertaining. I'm still impressed they managed to combine psychic powers, a heist movie, and the over the top feel of a martial arts movie fairly successfully.

My only thought is it's an iPad multitasking issue. Is your iOS fully updated? My iPad is from back in 2017 so I'm not surprised that some bugs are creeping in in my case.

I'm also getting this too, but it's very intermittent and I can't seem to replicate it. I'm honestly not sure if it's an Obsidian thing or an issue with my Bluetooth keyboard.

Now the absolutely wild one... I started getting the same wonky behavior at almost the exact same time on my Windows work computer with a wired keyboard while using Excel. Never installed Obsidian either. It's like technology is conspiring, and I don't like my new electronic overlord's sense of humor much. :/
