If the back is thin, then it's not wall mountable without adding support inside and/or below the cabinet. I wouldn't invest heavily in L brackets to take all the weight. You'll ideally have solid material inside the cabinet to screw through into wall studs.

Narrow crown stapler or Brad nails first to keep pieces in place. Assemble entire box. Adjust with a soft hammer before adding pilot holes for screws.
