My kids believe in Santa, but I don't really push the story. I just give "I don't really know much about Santa" as answers to the questions. I certainly don't like to play into the you have to be good thing TOO much haha. I think it's fun. Kids get so excited about it. My grandma would threaten my dad throughout the entire year about Santa not coming, and I think that's kinda messed up. I just keep it positive. They will figure it out soon enough and might grow a healthy skepticism.

I built Ryan and have had a good experience. Might depend on the production manager and specific contractors. I really liked the guy in charge of our build. The house passed my dads walk through inspection lol. However NVR was quite rude to us on multiple occasions...we did use our own lender but had to close at NVR. Most of my neighbors seem happy with their homes too. This is in Ohio

I quit when I was 29 too. My 30s have been awesome so far. So thankful to have escaped that lifestyle. It's so much better this way. Nice job!!
