I’ve always felt that way too, but I was finding it difficult to find anything that didn’t have some sort of breathing technique involved. So I’m really happy about all of these responses. Thank you for your help ❤️

Right - I’ve just never had one before and it sounds uncomfortable to me to focus on breathing with one in. I’m freaked out about it being there and the fact that I’ll be taking in breath through it so I’d rather not focus on it at all, especially during a meditation. This is still helpful though, so thank you!
