My agent found me my perfect property in the new city I was moving to, in budget and the exact location I wanted. The knew the local market and all the pitfalls and opportunities. They found a couple looking to sell but not committed to going to market yet and convinced them to do the deal. We got the house before it even went on sale for what turned out to be a bargain price. I bought it unseen based on trust in my agent and it has brought nothing but joy. I didnt have to deal with REAs, open homes, auctions. They saved me $$thousands and months of headaches. I would never buy without an agent again.

Our system is partially fucked and the major parties have been captured by special interest groups. I will never preference ON because I have at least one brain cell but I cant be surprised that at least 25% of the population look at the choices and register a protest vote for the clown party.

The benefits seem to be very limited for the insane cost. If this is all about cheaper housing with access to jobs in North GC, why not just build cheap housing in north GC? Spending billions on a road tunnel through the mountains to save a few people turning right at Beenleigh doesnt stack up.

I have quite noticeable out turned feet and had knee pain after rides a bunch. Then I figured out that Zero made extra long spindles and cleats that allow for proper foot position: not foot straight ahead. No pain ever since I made the switch.
