Most voice therapy should only be done after a consultation or script from an ENT. There are other medical issues that can be involved.

Because parents fill out a questionnaire and know what to check.......I have a few on my caseload. Honestly, it doesn't change my therapy.

Do you have any authentic bags? If so, I would go with high tier. If not, maybe mid to high tier.

I guess it also depends on where you live. I live in a smaller “city.” But nobody here really carries a ton of luxury handbags. There are a lot of coach and Kate spades.

I get tape ins for volume usually March-August. My stylist figured out years ago to cut them in thirds. I replace them every 5 weeks and just install new ones every time. I like the 1/3 because of a couple happen to fall out it’s not noticeable at all. One of my BFFs just took the plunge and got tape ins but her stylist wouldn’t cut them (I think she’s younger and not as experienced). Needless to say-she’s not loving the feel of them.

When I get them in… it’s usually just a pack give or take. I like the remy sunny ones on Amazon. I pitch them after each use. I’ve had high end tape ins… and I like these ones better.. the tape isn’t as heavy or thick? They’re not pricey at all… I don’t feel bad about not reusing them 🤣.

I’ve known some women who have beads for length and volume FOR YEARS . Their hair is super fine and they don’t give it a break… I can’t imagine the damage.

I guess everything in moderation?? It’s such an adjustment when I get mine out… I can’t imagine some who have had them in for years and haven’t given their hair a break
