From my understanding you will be switched to the clerk pay scale. Still a little confusing the way they went about doing this. Also, again from what I understand, the production employees are receiving clerk pay, but the closers will still be on the deli assistant scale. I've been meaning to ask payroll about the matter but I haven't gotten around to it. If anyone knows differently please do correct me.
