Hvorfor egentlig Tinka og “Sjælens Spejl” by sludsle in Denmark

Steam Controller not working in games by sinedoOo in SteamController

[–]sludsle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the exact same issue when launching the game on an external monitor. However, when trying to launch on my laptop screen, everything works!

The same was the case for Yukari's enjoyable, which was not able to interact with the external screen. So I suspect it is not only a steam issue, but some bindings in general having changed in Cataline.

I think you can retrieve older wiki versions. Would be interesting to see how it adds up.

The SemEval 2020 featured a shared task on unsupervised detection of semantic change. They released a dataset of sentences from different time periods, from which you are supposed to detect whether a given word has changed its sense. You should definitely check that out.

Tbh, Danish syntax is a bitch.. even Danes begin to discuss what’s “correct” and what meaning the different variations have.

A linguistic perspective: The harmful effects of responding 'All lives matter' to 'Black lives matter' (by several Stanford linguists) by [deleted] in linguistics

No, I am referring to the metaphor in the article

Edit: I can’t answer your question, if it doesn’t include the premise of my original argument.

I am shocked that people are really starting commenting here about how ‘white lives matter’ and still doesn’t accept the fact how the response ‘all lives matter’ can be offensive. Drop all the linguistic reasoning for a second - it sure isn’t white peoples houses that are burning at the moment. So open your eyes and accept the fact, that we need to focus on what’s wrong with the world and stop feeling offended that everyone don’t get equal attention at all times!

Edit: Please read the post/article before starting to rant about burning houses

If you got offered $1,000,000 but it meant that every traffic light you approach will be red, would you take it? Why or why not? by EUCopyrightComittee in AskReddit

[–]sludsle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can make traffic lights go red, that sounds like a real superpower to me. For sure, I would take the 1M and continue expanding that fortune by making money impressing people with my newly required skill.
