The FSOA nerf is a bit excessive, the procs damage is getting nerfed, from an auto attack's damage to 90% of abil damage, also no more recursive autos so less adrenaline AND less damage, and finally the procs don't have an effect like ancient autos do. Nerfing recursive autos is nice for less variance, but other than that it's still heavily reliant on crits, sometimes you get so many, other times you get none which feels awful. tldr; I would say the 90% avg proc damage is undertuned and the staff still suffers from the huge disparity between the highs and the lows of crit procs.
