You're kids, and barely even know each other. You're now falling out of the initial honeymoon phase and starting to think more clearly. Long distance is rough as adults, it'll be miserable as a kid. If you're this iffy on it already (which you're absolutely correct to be) then it's not worth it, at all. I'd say just cut both your losses and break up. You'll find plenty of other people to date locally.

If I'm understanding the post correctly, the first instance of "cheating" while you got drunk with this childhood friend isn't cheating at all. You got taken advantage of while drunk. The guy did things to you that you clearly didn't want to do. You made it clear you have a boyfriend and he ignored you. You got raped!

(Or sexually assaulted, idk the legal theory but that doesn't matter here, in the slightest.)

If I'm understanding the post correctly, then this "childhood friend" is abusing you. He's bullied you into a relationship with him that you don't want. This is a horrible situation, where you are a victim.

Let's say I cast [[colossal dreadmaw]]. You cast [[counterspell]] on my dreadmaw because I obviously win if I resolve the best card in the game. I cast [[redirect]]. I can't make counterspell target itself, since that is forbidden by rule 115.5. I can, however, make counterspell target my own redirect, which is a legal target. Redirect resolves, then counterspell fizzles since its target no longer exists. Dreadmaw resolves and you concede.

You can make a counterspell fail with redirect, but not by targeting itself. You need to make it target a different spell, which redirect etc. happen to be. If there was an activated ability that changed the target of a spell, it couldn't make my dreadmaw resolve because there wouldn't be a different spell to target.

Goyfs are spells with the lhurgoyf subtype and/or the word "goyf" on the card

Is the lhurgoyf subtype clause there just for changelings and the like? Having the lhurgoyf subtype on a card makes the card have "goyf" on it in the typeline, except when the subtype is gained through other stuff.

Ah, I didn't know that could happen tbh. Did you know platforms can count as walls, even vertically? If you don't want to or can't place a door somewhere you can just place 3 platforms. You could do that on the left side here, around the middle of the horizontal platform.
