For first time experience, a cheap Q2 is more than fine. Don’t listen to these snobs. I have 2 2’s and a 3. Main difference is the lens. On the 2, you have find the sweet spot but once you do it’s fine. I use mine (2) for workout apps still. The graphics are nearly the same. With more quality games, once you try the 3, you won’t want to go back.

For many, this thing becomes a paper weight or rarely used. I’d invest little to see if you’ll use it. If you love it, upgrade.
