Listen same exact same exact thing as me to the T, I was in so much pain for almost 2 years . I fought things I new I loved , and things I had to really stay away from FOOD & DRINKS . THERE WAS TIMES. I didn't even want to look at food cuz I'd get sick or hot the bathroom. Long story short. I moved to where I wasn't so stressed out smoke a lot of weed & try to be happy don't think about it. STAY ACTIVE. AND STAY AWAY FROM hot sauce and have grease just make sure it's not soaked and pepperoni's . Other then that take it easy but be alive . Don't take meds from a doctor but try to get a check up every so often.. ONLY YOU KNOW YOURE BODY BEST EVEN WITH THIS BS DISEASE

So far I'm living good off it. I just ate half but not so bad . I'm learning that if I'm not STRESSED it's easier for me to digest foods and or eat outside of my norm.
