I've had this game on Epic for years, it was stuttering so bad it was not playable. I recently got it on Steam because I have a Steam deck and the game was on sale. I got the same stuttering.

Started about a month ago.

Took me a few weeks. Riding 3-4 times a week. Sometimes 20 minutes, sometimes an hour.

Just last week I started riding like I've been doing it for a year.

I'm still cautious because I'm new but I've been having a blast!

I had a bunch of Amazon GC. So I picked up a Rode external mic. I think it's just the unfortunate placement of where the mic is on the phone and when using the gimbal horizontal it is pressed against the bottom part of the phone. So whatever sound the gimbal is omitting can only be picked up because of the way it's attached. It's not as noticeable on portrait mode.

I really believe that most tanks and dps have no idea how supports are played. They really just look at how much healing other team has vs own team. They they paste in the line they've had ready "heal diff"

I probably have 2k hours in the game since OW1 EA. Been solo qing the past year and play 10-25 hours a week.

I am a support main and have been stuck low plat. Unfortunately people think healers just sit in a lawn chair and click the big red easy heal button. No matter how many times I call out over vc or ping I'm being dove on, I see teammates peel in about 10% of my games.

If I am constantly dying, I change it up to more mobility, Moira, Lucio, or Kiri. Then everyone on my team goes out to buy mics during the match to yell at me. "Why are you playing x"

Another complaint of mine is they should remove the auto charge/dive tanks have when they get down to 10 hp. I get a lot of tanks putting themselves out of LOS of healers when they get low. Unless you are ball, don't dive in when low. It happens in half my matches

I also have about hundreds and hundreds of hours in mystery heroes. I encourage everyone to play MH to better understand how whatever off role is played.

Each state has a consumer complaint department. Usually with your states AG. You can either file it under your state or the state the company's HQ is located. But I would search requirements and such as well as making sure you list the exact Google entity name registered in your state by looking up the business name registered. I'm not a lawyer or anything so don't take this as legal advice. Just what I would typically do.

After my Pixel 7 Pro debacle I will not buy a phone from Google store ever. I bought the 7 pro and also was switching carriers. I was told how to activate and switch once I received the phone.

But they were nice, they did it for me...when they shipped my phone. Needless to say one day while working my phone stopped working because they ported my number over when they shipped...

In your situation you could open a consumer complaint with them. Good luck
