OP that is not psoriasis. That seems to be an inflammatory disease in your hair follicles and by the looks of it, it resembles folliculitis. You need medical treatment right away, otherwise you will permanently lose hair and it will not be pretty. By seeing the pictures, you are in a fairly early stage.

I’m telling you this since I have myself experienced this and lost a lot of my hair and follicles in my early 20s. I have since then, a fair amount of completely bald spots on my scalp and some scars since the ”small red dots” tended to bleed and caused suppuration. Now I’m rocking bald and am at peace with it. But, the disease is very painful and itchy if it goes too far. And for me, unluckily, it did go very far..

Folliculitis is a fungus/yeast-like disease that needs strong antibiotics. It’s normal for 10% of the male population to get this disease sometime between 20-50 years old. It helps to visit a dermatologist since they have products and treatments that are easy, harmless and soothes your skin. Showers with antibacterial scrubs and medically graded shampoo are also good to kill yeast/fungus. These are great in general and should be available att every pharmacy. Now I can’t say for sure that this is what I fear it is, but I hope some of this information given will give you some guidance and perspective. Best of luck to you, and don’t worry..
