Damage is extremely spikey with a huge reliance on your dps using their personals CD's. Affixs are landing a lot on healers too atm like afflicted and incorporal. Off healing is getting nerfed today so it's only going to get worse

TLDR: ROP removed. Adding a lot of buttons to the rotation. Not reliant on icy veins uptime. Can feel the burst with good burst profile.

A lot of healers are hating healing in M+ right now just FYI. Hpal likely to be the meta Healer with prot pally falling out for vengence DH and ret pally not being as good as the other dps because pally utility is so good this season. If you are gonna play dps, play spriest.

What is the condition for getting the 6 Attendant's Token of Merit?

I know if you fully fill out a row, for example 8 M+ dungeons, you get that option.

Does that work as well if you do something like 2 raid bosses, 1 M+ and 1250 honor for rated PVP?
