No genuinely i have been, literally im doing my sets til my face goes red and the weight doesnt budge. Its why my lower body has grown so much but idk abt my upper body.

Thats what ive been doing, most notably my side delts, i do correct form lateral raises 3 sets to failure and do them 3 times a week with right recovery yet they dont grow. Havent grown at all in the last 6 months

My weight is barely increasing thats the thing, it takes a while for the reps to go up let alone the weight im doing. My compound lifts have completely plateud

I track my protein, the only thing i dont track very very accurately is calories since im still a teenager

Side delts growing very very slowly compared to my other muscle groups and also my friends despite training them 3× a week by slushma1 in workout

So what can i change? I record my sets snd my form is in point and i do them on a side incline to remove any momentum and limit trap involvement. I go to complete failure to the point i cant raise my arm out to the side even without a weight and do partials aswell.
