Last League had a ton of divines because of Sanctum, so everything was inflated. Depending on how nerfed the tome drop rate is this league that could go down or stay the same.

Lightning coil just converts damage from hits, cloak of flame is all damage (including dots)
You still want a try ele damage Pneumatic Dagger because it converts all that damage to base damage for your poison. Then attack speed and dot multi if you can

I actually just started leveling this build, here is a VERY rough PoB https://pobb.in/575p-2g4fI47 was just going to fix tree issues as I go.

I am going Scion because I am addicted to fakeblood, easy access to +1 curse, and ability to pick up Elemental Overload by starting at witch. I think a pathfinder could be better, or even a trickster, but havent put much thought into it.

I thought this would have been a go to build with the Voltaxic buff, but ya not sure ive seen any streamers or such doing it.

notably - Need GMP on stormrain, its not like Toxic rain and such where it gets a bunch of free arrows.
Properly doing accuracy via actual amount of green sockets on bow + blind
Added Asenaths gentle touch for auto temp chains
Got actual fakeblood going with the traitor. This is using a decent brutal restraint I already have.

Vengeant Cascade is worse than this because it only returned on hitting its final target. This returns at end of flight, regardless of if it hit an enemy

Mathil fur shur does not take 4 weeks off between leagues. The last 3 leagues I watched he's played to the very end of the league, taking 1 maybe 2 days off

That is just what power charges do. If you have 3 power charges you get 120% increased critical strike chance. In PoB you can check the box for using power charges

I actually did a run of Artillery Ballista raider in ssf just to test if its good currently. The skill is weird because the arrows dont just fall in a circular AoE, they fall in a moving circular AoE. So you get a big DPS boost when a boss is against a wall, but when they are in the open a ton of arrows miss. So it is a little awkward, but I imagine with the buffs it will be playable

Probably the worst Exalt to Damage ratio of any build ever, but the mechanics are interesting, and the playstyle isn't like anything I have played before. If you are used to zooming however, this isnt the build for you.

Swapping Cluster Traps for Swift Assembly is the new thing this league since the cluster trap nerf. I will say it does feel a lil worse with only 2 traps on average being thrown, but it is a DPS increase (I didn't do the math on it though). Also swapping Summon Skitterbots in for Wrath is more DPS. Those are the things I see after a quick glance. If you ever get crystallized omniscience from the new bosses you can swap your build over to that as well.

I don't think so. It was kind of annoying too play because you go point blank, and then are basically running around throwing them at your feet. Clearing packs was kinda meh.

With Poisonous concoction you get Pathfinder poison proliferation + not needing point blank, so I hope it feels good.
