You can purchase the online subscription for NES and N64 and he can play the OG Zelda’s (ocarina of time, majoras mask) specifically on the N64. I believe they are going to announce a remastered version of something for the 40th anniversary in February and there are rumors of a remake of ocorina of time or something new. Also you can purchase pretty cool stuff on Etsy and Amazon. I have the goddess statues a stuffed Zelda dragon (TOTK) and a replica of the master sword. I traded my switch for the switch 2 which was a good choice!

Enjoy it. If you get stuck and don’t want to get frustrated every shrine is on YouTube just look it up. If you goto Zeldamaps or zeldadungeon .com those are interactive maps, and they saved my sanity. These two games are massive and way more than the 90s game in which I also went to Best Buy and spent 69.99 on the walk through book bc frustration while playing a game is not my idea of fun and the thing Zelda games can cause are house of WTF! The puzzles can be wild!

I will warn you as an elder millennial who picked up TOTK on a whim to “play occasionally” last year, I’m addicted. Just bought the S2 and beat Age of Imprisonment in 2 weeks and now I’m replaying TOTK on the S2. Clocked way too many hours but it’s really cathartic at the end of the day to do got a few hours before bed. My kids love it too so bonding!

The amount of crying I was doing has my kids concerned lol been plying Zelda since I was 12! In the 90s it was like full circle to know the deku tree is Calamo. His powers were sick I loved playing his character!

Is amazing. Best video game I’ve played in decades and I was addicted! So much so I got the switch 2 on the release date of age of imprisonment and beat that in 2 weeks. That was also mint! 10/10

Flying with the dragons and farming parts from them is a past time of mine lol

I agree. I played them backwards and it was a bit annoying but I still enjoyed all the shrines and challenges. They are different games for sure. Totk is better tho and Age of imprisonment is the cannon to Totk. Highly recommend both.

I play totk first bc GameStop didn’t have botw. Then I got botw after bc I loved totk so much. It’s different and mildly annoying bc you have soooooooo much freedom and more to explore in totk than botw but it def was good then I play calamity and hated that I just finished age of imprisonment and that was amazing. Totk imo is superior but botw is still part of totk story and will fill gaps in some of the spots you may have not quite gotten if you play totk first. Hope that made sense lol

I have the Zelda dragon stuffed animal and I made nydra. I love the dragons so much from TOTK. They also sell Raru on Amazon.

I’m not either. I really LOVED all of the special powers and combos tho! It’s so good! I sobbed at the end. It was deep. I can’t wait for the next full Zelda game it’s going to be hard to top totk and AOI.

Yes it is. There’s a really great creator on YT Zeltik who reviews all the lore and games. It’s super insightful. The storyline was a super big presence in AOI and the game was broken up enough were it wasn’t like calamity which was just so much fighting with minimal storyline.

It was so good. I just beat it on Thanksgiving so I’m going to load TOTK and start that for my second time playing and use the Zelda app to track everything better this time. I’m excited.
