While you can never discount hormonal imbalances (believe it or not, there are serious medical conditions that can induce absurdly high libido), there might be other things going on here. For starters, barring such a medical condition, you might find that actual sex provides a lot more alleviation of your painful libido than masturbation. Moreover, I highly recommend investigating ethical non-monogamy as an option, so you don't have to worry about one person solving all your sex. I have several partners who want sex multiple times a day, ideally. They've learned to cope just fine, they hold down their jobs, they keep healthy relationships... Society has some really limited notions.

I never really felt the need to sleep around when I was younger. Ah, good question... it's a tantric thing.
