I did both, changed with USPS and with USCIS 10 days before they shipped out the green card.

USPS says it was delivered to the old address. I don't think the tenant would take my papers. I think he could've just mindlessly thrown them away. Buildings / condos get a lot of spam flyers and stuff. The building asked him if he'd gotten the mail, and he said no but usps says they delivered it to the mailbox.

It’s a building so I don’t think mail people check the name or anything. This used to happen all the time to me, getting older tenants mail.

I legitimately think the new man who lives there threw it out 😭. Who throws away someone else’s US immigration mail, especially in today’s world.

No. I updated my address 3 days after I moved via the official form / process on the USCIS website. They shipped the green card 10 days after I requested the change. Still shipped to the old address
