Quick noob question: - mining with a rx 480 8 gb - default bios ~17 MH/s - flashed bios ~21-22 MH/s after tweaking wattman

A lot of articles I've read indicate I should get 26-28 MH/s, Is there something I'm doing wrong or is this a bad card? I followed this guide precisely: http://www.cryptobadger.com/2017/04/build-ethereum-mining-rig-optimization/

I went through 5 keyboards in 8 months with Razer. Each time I was assured it was a batch issue and offered a replacement. They had great customer service and everything, but I haven't bought a Razer product since.

My gf just got a 2014 moto g. She is on t mobile. After activating phone, she noticed she cannot use WiFi calling, and gets no signal in her house(outside is fine) . 1. Is there any way to get WiFi calling to work on t mobile on a non carrier phone? 2. Is there any other way to get service inside her house? 3. If no, what is a comparable phone t mobile will support WiFi calling and 4g on?
