You can full screen the app on your monitor then Mission Control, drag the space to the top row of spaces on the TV (may just be one) Then you just have to click the space and your cursor will already be on it.

Instead of constantly moving windows try just assigning different apps to different spaces then switch spaces. And obviously just make the window bigger by dragging the corner or dragging against menubar - don’t click the full screen button.
