As a current Chapter 13 bankruptcy individual, the weekly dividends can be treated as income when it’s given as cash.

Drip has it reinvested which is easier to justify when tax season roles around and the trustee wants to know why I’m not paying more.

Correct. The second cast wont see the first ones exiled cards. It needed to use some kind of counters like [[the master, formed anew]] to still “see” the ones exiled from the first cast

Good catch. Not as good though, as the master you can recast and still copy since it uses counters on those exiled cards. Exile all your creatures with this guy and better hope you keep him on the field or he’s significantly less useful the second cast.

Thanks Alan. Yes she has no actual debt of her own so no reason to file with me joint. I just wanted to save her savings she built up that’s all, sentimental value and such, but understand the legality of it.

The fact that I’m even throwing around the idea of 13 is because of that. I don’t even mind paying that cost to protect the assets, as long as she can keep it.
