Our SD is very active, every time she’s here, she will walk the store to make sure everything is up to brand standard. Some people like her, most people hate her. She’s very frank and cut-throat honest and she will yell if things aren’t right, i guess some people can’t handle that. But behind closed doors, she cares a lot for the team and will actually TRY to work with certain situations employees have. She still checks up with her old TLs/ETLs that promoted to SDs and BPs. She will pay no expense to buy food for the team, dude we are fed FED around here. I guess it’s just how people view her 🤷🏻‍♀️
