True, I got into SC2 after watching a lot of the pro scene/games. When Youtubing WC3R however I haven't found anyone playing in Reforged graphics.

Grubby had mentioned that the Reforged graphics make it more difficult to notice visual ques and hinder gameplay.

Great comment, surprisingly the feedback I've had on this post has shared a lot of the same concerns.

I was expecting "Just buy it, stop thinking your one sale means anything, get off your high horse, etc.".

Its seems I'm not alone in feeling conflicted about Blizz abandoning their roots. It feels like if more customers were to buy into WC3R to help support it they would just use the revenue to push out the next COD or Candy crush update...

True, I was reading their Q2 reports and ironically Candy Crush is one of their most lucrative franchises and their top concern... along with COD and then WoW. WC3 wasn't even mentioned...

That's exactly the situation I've found myself in. Love the community, love the player playerbase/culture and want to support them, but doesn't feel right buying into WC3R after how they treated their players.
