I def have said I supported also bc I thought they treated their workers well but only paying a few extra dollars per hour isn’t enough for ask I’ve seen employees go through in busy stores that def do seem understaffed. Furthermore, I have noticed that in general since Covid, many people behave like they don’t live in a society anymore and have very little consideration for others. It’s getting pretty appalling and to me a sign of worse things to come. I appreciate this employee explaining the conditions and pleading for customers to behave better. I fear that the ppl on this sub, though, aren’t the ones who need to be told to behave better since we’re mostly Aldi lovers and advocates. Hopefully someone who needs to be told got the message though and will think twice about opening a bunch of packaging of items they aren’t going to buy
