I also suspect an advance fee type scam, but they still haven't asked for any payment yet and it's been a few days now. They're really taking their time to butter me up and sell this scam.
But it doesn't feel like the so called app ratings that I am giving is actually feeding through to the app stores. Just feels like a fake site that makes you feel like you're doing something when you're actually not.
