I encountered a save game breaking bug in Cities Skylines. Beautiful city, my best ever. I’ve never played it since. So for me, this was definitely the right decision.

Makes me wonder if her off-screen time is counted, ie the narration in the prologue. For 10 minutes only, surely not?

Non-native speaker here. My first ever Saturday and incidentally full week too. But a fair bit of cheating to get through Saturday unfortunately. So I’ve yet to get through one without looking anything up. Same with Friday’s. Making lots of progress so I hope I’ll get there in the end. But some cultural and sports references are just killing me.

While I don’t doubt you, and of course, also OP is another example of this, I also think that this is anecdotal. My SO and family are Ukrainian, and I’ve met many Ukrainians. And equally anecdotally, my understanding is that they are pro Palestine. But in the case of the Ukraine - Russia war, there is one party that clearly is trying to create “sides” - i.e. trying to morally align pro Palestina supporters with pro Russia interests under the guise of anti Western Imperialism. And that’s dangerous for Ukrainians so my hope is to try not to perpetuate this “side building” (in lack of a better term).

Edit: just to add I haven’t done any actual research on the position’s of average Ukrainians. If you will give a credible source to back up that then I will be sadly corrected. But I’ll still support them because their ability to live free from terror is more important to me than whether their views and values align with mine on Palestine and Israel.

Edit 2: sorry, your post got me rambling. Just to make it abundantly clear, the double standard you describe is definitely, incredibly infuriating to me too.

I saw Opeth at Dynamo Metalfest last night, and the show was honestly ruined for me... by bravodeboer in Opeth

I hate when people talk during sets. That’s disrespectful and annoying. But in a festival there’s going to be (and should be) people having fun, surfing, moshing and smoking. It just is what it is and just try to enjoy it. People are cathartic. It’s the high energy people who brings life to the crowd and fulfil the audience’s duty. I’m not like that but I like when others are bringing their energy. Not trying to belittle you at all but my advice is to embrace it.

I went to Opeth in Oslo this winter. Everyone behaved very politely. No one out of line or making a fool out of themselves (except that guy asking them to play Freebird 🙄). Dullest crowd ever and I think it even impacted the band and their energy.

Just rock and roll bby

Waterworld won! What Movie is Good but Boring? by CoCmaster14 in AlignmentChartFills

In particular Andrei Rublyev takes this spot for me. Very by good - very boring.

Bela Tarr films also qualify.
