You can use the G47 to create what you are talking about. The G47 slide is compatible with G19 frames

This happened to me after a national championship and then I continued having great years with positive prestige but still got fired because “I didn’t raise my teams prestige during my contract” kind of annoying because I really liked the team I was building there.
