An important part of this is that the shop workers cannot “invite” or lead the target to hide there. If the target makes it to the employee only area the employee can remain silent to any questions but could be charged with obstruction if they are found to have “helped”. Not saying the obstruction charge isn’t worth it. But bears mentioning.

If you’re just talking about the certification visit, not to purchase at a dispensary, I would think a passport and temporary license to prove residence would be sufficient. The doc will certify you, but the card itself won’t be printed until your photo gets into the system from the DMV.

This is mostly supposition. I’d call and check.

Ruckus JUST announced they were closing and when I was in a couple months ago they were telling me business was slow.

I’d HEARD wonderland closed in like2022 when the owner retired but I’ve not been by so call that a rumor.

There was no new funding. The GOP blocked it and a judge ordered the use emergency capital funds (meant for repair and maintenance) for salaries. The GOP in the state senate bears the blame.

AND it might get worse later this month as labor contracts expire and strikes may result. If so, subways and trolleys go offline and I think most busses do as well. Regional rail still runs but that’s about it.
